Terms of Service
Last updated 5 August 2026
The rules for playing FROGZ. By playing, you agree to them.
1. Accepting these terms
These terms are between you and FROGZ. Playing FROGZ — with or without an account — means you accept them. If you do not agree, do not play.
2. Who may play
FROGZ is open to all ages, but accounts and purchases have limits. You must give an honest date of birth when asked. If you are under 13, you are placed in a restricted mode with no real-money purchases and non-personalised ads only. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only make a purchase with the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure, and for everything done with it.
- One person, one account. Do not share, sell, buy or transfer accounts.
- Your callsign is public. Do not use a name that is obscene, hateful, impersonates someone else, or is designed to harass. We may rename or reclaim any callsign that breaks this.
4. Fair play
The game server is authoritative, and we actively detect manipulation. You may not:
- Use cheats, aimbots, scripts, modified clients, or anything that alters how the game simulates play;
- Exploit bugs for advantage rather than reporting them;
- Deliberately lose, sit out, or sabotage your own team;
- Harass, threaten, spam or abuse other players, in any language;
- Attack, overload or probe our infrastructure, or scrape it automatically;
- Use the game to distribute anything unlawful.
Breaking these rules can cost you your progress, your purchases and your account, without refund. Serious or repeated breaches are permanent.
5. Virtual items and currency
- Coins are earned by playing. Gems can be bought with real money. Neither can be exchanged back into money, transferred out of the game, or sold.
- Buying an item grants you a limited, personal, revocable licence to use it inside FROGZ. You do not own it, and it has no value outside the game.
- Nothing sold affects gameplay balance. Purchases are cosmetic, or convenience that saves time you could otherwise spend playing. We do not sell power over other players.
- We may add, change, rebalance, retire or remove items, modes and features — including ones you have bought — as the game evolves.
- If we permanently shut FROGZ down, unspent purchased currency may be lost. We will give reasonable notice and stop selling currency before that happens.
6. Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed by Stripe and are charged immediately. Because virtual items are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund — which these terms do not remove. EU and UK consumers: by completing a purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that this ends your 14-day right of withdrawal once the item is delivered.
Daily spending caps apply to every account as a safeguard against accidental or unsupervised spending. If a child has made purchases without permission, contact support@frogz.io and we will work with you.
7. Drop codes and promotions
Codes given out by creators, streamers or by us grant in-game items. Each code may be limited in quantity, restricted to one use per account, and may expire. Codes have no cash value, may not be sold, and we may void codes obtained through automated redemption, fraud or leaks.
8. Our content
FROGZ — its code, art, characters, sounds, names and branding — belongs to FROGZ and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may capture and share gameplay footage and screenshots, including monetised videos and streams, provided you do not claim to be us or to be officially endorsed. Everything else needs our written permission.
9. Availability
FROGZ is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, bug-free or permanently available, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. Multiplayer depends on servers and on your own connection.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost progress or virtual items, or for anything beyond the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
11. Ending your access
You may stop playing and delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — virtual items, liability, and governing law — do.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, and disputes will be heard by its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
13. Changes and contact
We will post material changes here and notify you in-game before they take effect. Questions: support@frogz.io.
